The following steps will help you find the status of your order:
Login with your user name and password information.
Click ?View My Order History? under the My Account Info
menu to the right of the screen.
Click ?View? of the order you would like to check the
status of.
An Order History of the order will be listed on the bottom
of the page.
Below is a description of the five types of order status.
Pending: Order has been sent to Carbign Craft but has not
been processed.
Processing: Order has been received by Carbign Craft and
payment information is being processed. After payment information is verified,
orders will be packaged for shipping.
Paypal Processing: Carbign Craft will use this status
during payment transmittal until funds have been deposited into Carbign Craft?s
Paypal account.
Awaiting Payment: If Check, Cashier?s Check, or Money Order
is being sent, this order status will be displayed until payment is received.
Delivered: Package information has been sent to shipper.
Delivery is in process or has already been delivered to customer.
