Shipping to Alternate Addresses If you would like to have your order shipped to an alternate address other than your billing address, we require payments to be sent by Check or Money Order or to a confirmed PayPal address. For online security purposes, Carbign Craft requires credit card purchases to be sent to the billing addresses of the credit card holder.
Shipping Methods All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. This shipping method takes about 2-3 days to be delivered to you. Faster shipping options are available by request. If you need a quicker shipping option, please contact us at (909) 594-3796.
If receiver fails to receive their package the first time, we are not responsible for any extra shipping cost to re-ship the package. (*Please Note ? All shipping and handling charges generated online are subject to change.)

Tracking Your Shipment Once we?ve sent out your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number. Instructions on how to track your shipment are included in this email message.
Cancellations Cancellations must be made before 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time on the next business day of your order.
Returns Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in it's original saleable packaging. All packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware must also be included. Customers are responsible for paying any shipping or freight costs associated with returning their merchandise. To return an item, you must follow these steps:

- If the merchandise qualifies for a return, you will be issued a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
- Please include your RMA number with the merchandise you are return and send package to:
